The ConnectX Industry Visit Series is an initiative organized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Student Branch Chapter of the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) to provide students with real-world industry exposure in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, software engineering, and emerging technologies. The ninth visit of the series was conducted at Nagarro on 1 September 2026 , where students explored how AI is transforming enterprise operations and software development. The session covered challenges in AI adoption, AI-native technology lifecycles, AI-assisted software development, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent automation, highlighting how these approaches can improve productivity and address real-world business challenges. Through insights shared by Nagarro's industry professionals, participants gained a practical perspective on implementing AI solutions, overcoming adoption challenges, and identifying opportunities to create meaningful business impact. As the final visit of the ConnectX Industry Visit Series , the session marked a meaningful conclusion to the initiative. Throughout the series, students engaged with industry professionals, explored practical applications of technology, and gained exposure to evolving industry practices. The series strengthened the connection between academic learning and professional experience, inspiring students to further develop their technical skills and explore future opportunities in Artificial Intelligence, software engineering, and related fields.
